THe ‘TNT’ Trial is rapidly approaching and we wish to thank you for joining us! This document is a confirmation depicting the current Divisions, Levels, and Classes in which you and your
teammates are entered.
PLEASE double check your dogs information carefully! Corrections and changes must be sent to lmsphd@yahoo.com by Dec 24th. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT THE TRIAL so PLEASE check your confirmations over carefully.
Please check dogs nadac number, dogs, classes, level and divisions etc. I do make mistakes and I will change them up until Dec 24th.
Exciting addition to the trial: We will be adding one round of Hoopers each night. Sign up will be at the trial. $10 a run. Hoopers is a new strategy game.

I did my best to put you in the rings you wanted and with your friends. I also had to try to make the run numbers for each ring to be as close as possible so I had to move some dogs around.
This is a 2 show trial that is designed to
avoid ring conflicts. You and your dog(s) will be assigned the same ring for the entire 3 day weekend. Each ring is run as a separate trial and will offer all the same classes.

Parking Information:
Parking will be in front of the building and on the hill along the side. If you need a handicap parking space, please let Janet Rodgers know at either jrodgers_13@yahoo.com or (717) 259-9681 by December 28, 2005.
Site and Crating:
This is an indoor horse arena and the flooring will be packed dirt. Please dress accordingly. The building does have heat, but the average temperature depending on the outside conditions will be around 50 degrees. No heaters of any kind will be allowed in the building due to possible fire hazard concerns.
Crating areas will be marked off with orange tape. No crating will be allowed in the entrance to the ring areas or along the side aisle. Stalls can be rented for $10.00 for one day, $15.00 all weekend. If you prepaid or would like to rent a stall the day of the trial, please stop by the check-in area to get your stall number.
RV Hook-ups are available by contacting Diamond 7 Ranch at 717-432-1095 or 717-432-5434. If you made RV reservations, please check-in at the Hitchin Post snack bar.
All dogs must be kept on leash except when running. Please clean up after your dogs. No smoking is allowed in the building. Do not dump water dishes inside the building. Please do not use the surrounding fields to exercise your dogs.
Food will be available at the Hitchin’ Post Eatin’ & Meetin’ Place inside the building. Indoor restrooms are also available.

Check-in will begin at 7:00 am all days. Measuring will be from 7:15-7:45 am all days. You will need to only check in the first day you are entered at this trial. This will be an armbandless trial.

Our Microsoft Word entry form allows you to type in your information. Please use this option as it makes it so much easier to read entry information. Please make sure your e-mail address is legible as we send out confirmations, show instructions and results to you via e-mail. If you have changed your e-mail, mailing address, phone number, or any other information, please highlight it on your entry form.
Entries with postmarks BEFORE October 15, 2007 will not be accepted. Entry postmark date will be the determining factor for entry acceptance order. There is no need to overnight entries.
All entries must be received no later than December 14, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. We reserve the right to refuse any entry. Anyone who is not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into the trial.
Individual Entry fee is $12.00 per class.

You will be assigned a ring for the entire weekend so no conflicts. If you would like to be in the same ring as friends, please write down their names. I will do my best to put you together.
Stalls may be rented by the day or for the weekend. Price is $10.00 per day or $15.00 for the weekend.
There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler is dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after the closing date will be honored only for bitches in season. A $10.00 processing fee per dog will be assessed for ANY refund. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, snow, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond our control.
Accepted entries may be changed prior to December 17th, 2007 at 9:00 p.m. E-mail change requests to Lisa Bonker at lmsphd@yahoo.com or by calling 609-703-4677 (NOTE: e-mail is highly preferred). Any changes made after the Entry Change date will cost $10.00 per change regardless of who is at fault so please check your confirmation carefully! Move-ups during the trial do not constitute an entry change and will be happily accommodated!
Multiple confirmations will be sent; a preliminary confirmation will be sent two weeks after the opening date and a final confirmation sent just prior to the trial. The trial entry status will be posted to the following webpage: http://www.inthezoneagility.com/TNT.html
Please read over your confirmations carefully. We all make errors and we will certainily make corrections as long as we are notified prior to the closing date as that is when scribe sheets and running orders are printed. If by chance you entered and did not get an email, please email me to check.
Exhibitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of NADAC rules and regulations, and agree to abide by all rules in effect at the time of this trial. A copy of the current Exhibitors Handbook may be downloaded free from the NADAC web site: www.nadac.com
Any person who writes a check for “insufficient funds” and/or otherwise a “bad check” will not be allowed to participate in this event until a money order or cashier’s check for the amount of the original check; plus $40.00 returned check fee is received.
Handlers aged 60 years or older or disabled handlers may opt to enter Touch N Go, Tunnelers, and/or Weavers as a Veteran Handler which allows you to receive 10% more standard course time. This division is for Veteran Handlers only.
We utilize the Agility Unscrambled program which allows e-mail confirmations and results dissemination. We will send out electronic confirmations and electronic results after the trial. Please make sure your e-mail address on your entry form is legible.
This is an armbandless trial.
COMMUNICATING WITH TRIAL SECRETARY / WEBSITE
E-mails sent to lmsphd@yahoo.com regarding trial 'stuff' will be responded to within 4 days (usually within one day on weekdays). Funny things happen in cyberspace; e-mails get lost, e-mail addresses cannot be read, spam filters, etc., so if you send an e-mail and do not get a response within 4 days, please e-mail again. If you entered the trial but did not get a confirmation, please e-mail. Don't worry about 'bugging' the Trial Secretary. It is much better to have things taken care of prior to the trial than waiting until Saturday morning at Check-In.

SITE INFORMATION
Diamond 7 Ranch is an indoor heated horse arena. The running surface is dirt.
Food and drinks will be available at the Hitching Post Snack Bar which is located on site.
RV hook-ups are available through Diamond 7 Ranch. Please contact them directly to make reservations at 717 432-1095 or 717-432-5434. If you made RV reservations or would like to the day of the trial, please stop by the Hitching Post Snack Bar to check-in.
Inside restrooms are available.
Stalls may be rented by the day or for the weekend. Price is $10.00 per day or $15.00 for the weekend.
No Smoking in the building.
Please remember to pick-up after your dogs and keep stalls clean.
No crating or sitting will be allowed inside the metal arena area. No crating will be allowed in the bleacher area. Inside crating is allowed in the entrance area & along the aisles. Inside crating area will be marked.
TRIAL INFORMATION

First through fourth place ribbons will be awarded for each jump height in all categories, levels, and classes (except Chances which has no placements). Rosettes and flat purple ribbons will be awarded for qualifying placements. Flat ribbons will be awarded for non-qualifying placements. NATCH ribbons and title ribbons are also available.

NADAC INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: Please check your dog’s NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial and results sent to you after the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately.
NADAC no longer hand checks for discrepancies in the records sent to them at the end of a trial. Instead, trial results are posted to the files section of the NADACAgility@yahoogroups.com list within two weeks after NADAC receives them. The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the NADAC Agility list and set your settings to “no mail”. You’ll be able to view trial results and find discrepancies (if any) without receiving list mail. Contact the Trial Secretary for the trial you attended only if your registration number or qualifying results are shown incorrectly on the list. Otherwise, you do not need to do anything.
Levels: Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will no longer be banked by NADAC for future use. As of June 1, 2006 if a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records.

Diamond 7 Ranch & Arena, TNT Canines, & NADAC will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog exhibited, or for the possessions of any exhibitor whether the result was by accident or any other cause. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Chairperson be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of fees paid will be made. Please volunteer your time!! We really need help running the trial so please fill out the form and send in with your entry.
